Oh, yeah. That's such a problem. I mean, there's absolutely no way to find people who don't have tampered-with accounts these days.

They're not the problem unless if the "hacker" who goes on their account is spamming/swearing/causing chaos. It's the owner of the account's responsibility to send in a ticket to change their account password and get the units restored.
