Hi.
I was wondering if anyone would like to help people with
homework. Anyone can help. As example: you have to write
something and you're are not sure if it's right, you can put in
this thread explain us what you think is wrong and we all try
to help as good as we can.
Well i am from Croatien and i live in Denmark, i would like a
little help with this English work i did.
Oliver is a sixteen-year-old boy, who is very concerned with
having the right friends, more then being good in school. If
you have the right friends, he thinks, you are also popular.
Defiantly if it is a girl you are together with. In Oliver’s
opinion you learn more from that. You can learn about your
own and others feelings, and you can learn, what it would
say to be an adult.
Jennifer is the name of the girl, his together with. She looks
good and she’s also smart. Oliver is very proud and can’t
stop bragging. Oliver learns much from the relationship with
Jennifer, and transforms to a mature person, who can clear
conflicts/ problems. Therefore he can’t understand, that his
parents are complaining about, him spending all his time
with Jennifer instead of homework. Oliver means that when you are sixteen, you have the responsibility for you’re own
actions. And you can’t learn that from books or arguing.
I need help with the grammar.
Thanks.

I hope I didn't change too much from the original story.
Also keep in mind that Im not the perfect grammar person, but I did take a few English classes in college, and I did retain some of that information.

Not sure if this is what your looking for but here is my stab at it:
Oliver is a sixteen year old boy who is more concerned with having the right friends then being good in school. He thinks that if you have the right friends, you will be popular. More so if you have a girlfriend.
Oliver feels that you will learn more from a romantic relationship, then a regular friendship. He can learn about his own feelings and that of the girl. He also thinks it will prepare him to be an adult.
Olivers girlfriend is named Jennifer. She is beautiful and smart. Oliver is very proud to be with her and can't help himself from bragging about her. He learns a lot from the relationship with Jennifer and transforms to a mature person who can work through his problems. Oliver does not understand, therefore, why his parents are complaining about him spending all of his time with his girlfriend instead of doing his school work. He feels like he is sixteen years old and responsible for his own actions and his parents should but out. You can't learn life experience from books.
