Can't upgrade - is there any help?

OK, I've got a serious problem here.

I am from a country called Serbia and when I started the account upgrade, it sent me to PayPal. Still OK!
But, when it asked me to select a country, I couldn't 'cause mine wasn't on the list and I figure I can't pay if country not on the list... :(

How do I solve this problem?
And I really want a Gold account!!!
...and, yeah, to support the game, also. :p

Yeah thats what I would have to say... As long as you dont think your going to get mail from PayPal... no need for them to know where you live.

PS how do I use my custom avatar? In the user CP->Edit Avatar there is no place to put a URL of my own photo...

I think you have to have a gold on one of the servers to be able to upgrade your forum account to do that.

Yes there is on the bottom...You Insert the link to the avatar and then click save changes and hopes its not to big and then BAM! New avatar...But anyways that would be my guess...just say your from somewhere close to Serbia and hope it works :)

Well maybe you do have to upgrade your forum account...Mine has always been upgraded to meh... :p

There are some countries paypal doesn't consider reliable because of all the money scams that come from them.
They won't do business with people in those countries.

Sometimes you can send them money, and they add it to your account, and then you can use it.
Maybe find a different pay service.
Or ask an admin or mod what to do.

When you pay for a gold account on TAO, you will recieve a sub #. it will show like this (7-2by73kl04k). It will come up in your email when you pay for it. Take that number, and go to http://tacticsarena.com/gold/support.php There you will have to put your sun #, and where it says ticket type, (second last) you put forum upgrade. Then your set.
