Awesome Grey Battle

Arite, so me and 00 from Great Lakes started out with a same side grey game.

He had a very interesting setup with an LW and a BW surrounding his cleric, and a unique style of play. I started by waiting until he had healed (Just randomly weakening a knight/assassin) and moved up my scout to take a shot at his chanty. He moved up his chanty, and I made a bad move which allowed him to freeze both my knight and my scout , but his chanty was out of BW range. I tried without any success to get my other 2 knights over to hit it before the wait was up, but it wasn't going to happen. So i tried a new strategy, and paralyzed the knight he sent down to guard his own chanty. From there, it was just a crazy paralyze battle.

He put his scout in my LW range, and then healed it after I had shot, but never moved the scout out of the range. So, a few moves later, I was able to kill his scout with my LW, and then I paralyzed his assassin which he was bringing down with my second chanty. Some more went on, and I was finally able to chanty his chanty when he moved it to free his knight.

Is the end of the game. His witch is -180 and at 6 hp (and 1 wait) , so after I killed that, I would just take his cleric and probably eventually freeze his remaining knight.

Two threads? And never should've been this close in a same side game with LW in that position :p. But good job on coming back after letting scout and knight get paralyzed.

And i did win by 10 :p, but it was a crazy game regardless. His set has a BW next to his cleric usually, so all he really had to do was kill my scout to take a draw (and chanties, i guess)

And Witch. Still... it's an interesting form for a 1400 to have. I'm surprised he held your frontal attack off without an lw... And he had to keep something stationed there or you would have burned his Cleric, no?

I had no witch, lol. But yes, he had a knight 5 in front, i believe.

It was paralyzed most of the game. I had it barriered, and didn't get it unfrozen until i paralyzed his chanty.

In the picture, it looks like your chanty should have frozen your scout anyway; it occured to me after posting that maybe you moved your scout there

Yeah. I had just moved it there after killing his BW. It was originally directly next to his chanty (where it is now)

I then moved it up one, and shot his BW, and then after killing it a few turns later, hid it where it is now.
