Tao Wrestling!

Tao Wrestling is suppost to be exactly like wrestling, if you never seen wrestling then I suggest you google and type in wrestling facts. Anyways the games will be played just like Wrestling on different. There will be two teams. 1) '' The Blue Team, 2) '' The Red Team ''. If I feel that one team has good players I will simply move them to the other team. When you join this tournament you must know that there will be new matches every 3-2 days. So if you are one of the inactive people I suggest you don't join.


1.A Requirements.

My requirement for this tournament is for you to know how to take a scree shot, if you don't know how, please ask your opponent to agree that he beat you. If he doesn't agree and you have No Screen Shot, then you will have no proof, so you'll just have to play again. Another rule is be respectful toward your opponent, I don't want this to be a war of the ego's, I want this to be a simple tournament where we can have fun.

1.B Matches


About 10 matches will be played every 2-3 days, that's pretty fast, like I said if you are inactive alot on tao, I suggest you don't play.

1.C Sign-Ups.

Sign-Ups will always be Avilable, but I must warn you, if the team is to packed, you will have to wait for the person to quit the tournament. You will be pending until then.


1.D Quiting The Tournament


Please Note that if you don't want to play your games just quit....stop making people who are pending to get a chance to join the tournament. Just be honest, their Will be nothing to be embarrassed about if you quit, Thank You.



1.F Question: Where will these games be played?


All games are to be played on Revelations, If you do not have a gold, then gray players will be asked to play on any of the other servers, Army,Banff or Great Lakes.


2.A Question: What happens if the player has more unit then me?


Live with it, I'm sure you could win. Just play good defense and offense, for grays it really doesn't matter if he has more units, unless it's a 10 witch bomb.



2.B Question: Can we still the belt from the people on our team?

No Way. Once your opponent stills your belt, then you have a chance to get the belt.





2.C Question: How long can you keep the belt?


As long .... as........................you..................wan t. But you must win all your games, if you lose then kiss your belt good bye.

The have a top 10 contenders list for each belt..those contenders beat each other to move up the ranks to get to the title match. So it's kindal ike BST, but not as much...

Exactly, and when someone gets to the point where they have to face a current title holder, that person will lose his belt if he loses and start all over again.

The point for the red and blue is "bad guy" vs "good guy". Blue would be taken as the "good guys" while the red would represent the "bad guys". Maybe you should watch some wrestling...

Correct, once your inactive, the person who was pending on a request...will replace that member who quit or got inactive.

No no. You compete you see if you can get into one of the top 3 slots to get any action for the title. The title is always on the line, but the quicker you move up, the quicker you get a chance at the belt.

There's 19,000 registerd users, 177 or around there are activer users, so I do expect 60 members no matter how long we'll have to wait. I want this tourny to be fun and well orginized, if we cut down the max limit it would be like getting a chance at the title in 5 games, that's just dumb. It takes wrestlers alot of time to reach the point where they get a shot at the championship belt. If this takes a month just to get 60 people then it will be that, I have no problem with time, if you guys have any concerns about the tournamnet please post your questions, i'll be gladley to awswer them. I've planned this tourny out real well, so if Tugnus comes back and asks some really difficult questions I can finally awswer them.

Games will be devided into 2's obviously. There will be 10 people on the red team and 10 people on the blue team, to get a chance at the championship you would have to beat 10 players, if you lose one game, you have to remact the same person with the same battle score, if you win your rank moves back up, this is a cut throat game, the funny thing is you might win the championship but then the next day someone beats you and takes the title away from you, what a bummer ehh? :p Anyways, i'm sorry that this tournament is taking so long but i'm doing the best I can, I may have to edit the first page, because I didn't describe it like it was suppost to be described. Thanks for the people who joined the tourny I appreciate your effort of particpating.

I don't mean to sound pessimistic..but If you look under similiar threads, at the bottom of various tournament threads, you can see many past tournaments. There are very few to none that have over 36...spare Mith's...which is well renowned in both legends and FPS, and consists of team play. Going for 60 doesn't seem realistic, thats all.

This tournament will be very alternative. Soon ar eplayer from the opposite team with still the belt from your team, then you will have the chance to get the belt. You cannot get the belt from your team mate. Win alot of games, because when one of the title holders of your team loses to his opponent, you'll have the firs tchance to face tha tguy who stold the belt

1.F Question: Where will these games be played?


All games are to be played on Revelations, If you do not have a gold, then gray players will be asked to play on any of the other servers, Army,Banff or Great Lakes.


2.A Question: What happens if the player has more unit then me?


Live with it, I'm sure you could win. Just play good defense and offense, for grays it really doesn't matter if he has more units, unless it's a 10 witch bomb.



2.B Question: Can we still the belt from the people on our team?

No Way. Once your opponent stills your belt, then you have a chance to get the belt.





2.C Question: How long can you keep the belt?


As long .... as........................you..................wan t. But you must win all your games, if you lose then kiss your belt good bye.
