Do you have to be a gold member to talk to your clan?

If no then please tell me how! I'm confuzzled!

No, you don't have to be a gold to talk to your clan. If you want to talk to your clanmantes, press /c then the message. For example, /c hey dudez what's up? You can't talk very fast unless you're in a battle.
