Chloros a death wielding unit. Chloros is Greek for sickly yellow or yellowish green.
For this unit I have created two planned options or ways to go about in making this unit.
Name:Chloros
HP:30
Armor:0
Range: 1 Tile
Blocking Front: 50%
Blocking Side:25%
Movement: 3
Wait if moved and ability:3
Wait if ability used:2
Wait if moved:1
Regular attack:15 blockable and reducable
Special: Death Strike: Chloros may hit another unit with death strike which will inflict death upon said unit in three uses of it.
Death strike cannot affect units with 100% blocking on all sides unless the unit is paralyzed
All of my attributes to my characters are ok as seen fit. Although I would like to keep the special with the same affect but the changing in wait time and option chosen is ok.
I am very sorry if a character like this has been made although I did do a search....there are just way to many reaper threads to read through.
Blockable autokill? I think that's too powerful. This isn't a horribly difficult unit to use, and it can basically kill an enemy unit every time it attacks - imagine popping the opponent's mud golem or dragon with this, then forgetting about it. Of course, if the unit dies in three uses, this unit won't be too overpowered, since three uses can be a lot.
Go with the second concept. This unit is about as durable as an assassin, but I think it should be more vulnerable - take away the armor, and lower the health to 30. Basically, make it a mage.

I definantly thought the second option would be better. And the autokill is blockable so every time a chloros hits a user with his special attack there is a chance to evade. The amount of uses can be moved up. And making it a basic mage would be a good idea.
Well, make your changes. Blockable attacks usually hit, since most players are pretty good at picking vulnerable targets. Golems would be the best targets for this unit, since they don't block and take forever to die. On the other hand, they don't get used as much as melee units - this would be even more crippling for a knight if it hit (back attack), since knights aren't generally expected to suicide.

Well, I meant edit the first post. Otherwise, new visitors to this thread might keep commenting on the original form.
I don't see much use for the main attack. How about combining the two attacks into one (blockable for 15 + death)?

Is this a joke? How about instead of killing the foe, it brings them to one HP.
Three uses and it's down to 1 hp... that's a pitiful attack. The unit is quite likely to escape. It will do enough damage with three actions and a guaranteed kill...
I think you lose the point with the 1hp thing. 30 damage would be just as good.

I see that there are many more options for this unit that I originally had planned for. But as for the insta-death, I was trying to think of a way to balance it out and not leave this unit incredibly overpowered. So I thought of the turn use plan. It still allows the player to use his unit, but makes him pick when the unit will be of most importance.
