Split Banner Request and Discussion thread.

I've noticed, requests for a banners are frequently ignored, for example, having to request like 5 times to get even some recognition that you want a banner, thusly, I propose that it be split into Banner Discussion and Banner Request. Hopefully the separation will make more users get the banner they want.

I disagree. As has been said before, this is not a graphics forum.

Banners aren't getting made for people because the people who make them don't want to. It's as simple as that. Splitting the thread won't help get requests done. If you want a banner, this isn't the best place to look.

This suggestion just means you have to be smart enough to use that thread and the PM system.
