Well I just made this for the TDP site, and thought it might fit in well here.
Reporting a player for improper behavior
If you find a person online breaking the ToS (Terms of Service) you can report them to the proper authorities, the TAO staff. Please keep in mind only gold members can be deleted, free accounts will get booted if a moderator sees them break a rule, but otherwise free accounts get deleted at the end of the month anyways, deleteing one won't solve anything as they can just create a new account instantly. The common reasons for reporting someone are
Boosting (constantly jumping in and out of a game without playing the full match in order to increase stats) - this requires several screenies of them in and out of their game, try to keep the time found on the bottom right corner of your computer in the picture.
Spamming (filling the majority of the lobby chat, usualy repeating the same thing over and over) - This requires one or more screen shots of them filling up the majority of the lobby chat.
Swearing (bypassing the swear filter) - this requires a screeny of the word they bypassed the filter with being entered by said person
Racism (Making racist statements or suggestions) - this requires a screenie of the persons statement o suggestion that you found to be racist.
Or Click Here For The ToS (http://www.tacticsarena.com/info/tos.php) and please remember wether or not its suitable for a ban is up to the staff.

Screenshots
Next I'll let you in on taking ScreenShots. Screenshots are often used on TAO for amusement, and for reporting cheaters, a screenshot or "s/s" or "Screenie" is a picture of what you see on your monitor. Taking ScreenShots is really easy and can be done in two ways.
a) Use whats already on your computer. In order to do this all you need is a PC, a keyboard and an art program, which if you have a PC you'll most likely have MS Paint, so lets work with that.
or
b) Download this program: Howies Quick Screen Capture Tool (http://www.howiesfunware.com/install - Howies Screen Capture.exe) Its free, and has no adware/spyware. For information on the program and how to use it, see Howies Website (http://www.howiesfunware.com/)
1. First you see what you want to capture on the screen, then you press the key on your keyboard that reads "Print Screen", or "Insert" - this copies everything you see on your screen.
2. Now you open MS Paint, if you don't know how to, go Start > all programs > accessories > Paint
3. From here we need to paste whats copied, so you can either go edit > Paste, or just hold the CTRL key, and press V
4. Step four is optional, this is cropping the image. e.g. taking out the space around the image that you don't need. This can be done by simply clicking and draging the image to the top left corner, until the parts of the image on that section that you don't need to see are gone, then you grab the bottom right corner of the canvas (or white section) and drag it up until the covering the other parts you don't want to see, and your done.
5. Now to save the image. From here you want to save it by going File > Save, and you can save it several different ways, the most likely file types being one of the following:
JPEG (.JPG) - saving the image as .JPG will save a decent amount of quality to the image, but still lower its file size, so its easier for other people to view.
GIF - Saving the image as .GIF will distort alot of the color, but the image should still be clear enough for anyone looking at it, and it'll save alot of space, making it easier for computers to load the image
PNG - Saving the image as .PNG will keep it at top quality, but will have a rather large file size, making it more difficult for computers to load the image.
6. Now to upload. Uploading the image can be done on many websites, I'll give you two very common ones. The first is if you intend to have several uploaded images over time that you'd like to save, this site is Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com/). The second is if you just need to quickly upload something and post the link, not needing to keep a record of the link, and this site is Imageshack (http://www.imageshack.us). Personaly I strongly suggest Photobucket.
Note: please don't argue with me which are active and which aren't, thats what I got and thats what Im sticking with, if a mod would like to edit it, they can feel free.
