Banff Server Offline?

Some people, including myself, are having troubles getting into the banff server on May 20th, 2007. We just get a long "Please wait..." note. I waited for a good 5 minutes, and nothing came up. So I had to reboot TAO to get onto a different server? What's happened?

I'm annoyed that the "Play Online!" page doesn't change the status of the servers when thy are down. Only twice I have seen that happen. But I can guess that the server is indeed down for the time being.
