They hurt you at home and they hit you at school,
They hate you if you're clever and they despise a fool,
Till you're so fucking crazy you can't follow their rules,
A working class hero is something to be,
A working class hero is something to be.
When they've tortured and scared you for twenty odd years,
Then they expect you to pick a career,
When you can't really function you're so full of fear,
A working class hero is something to be,
Edit: First.

I'm not really sure how that one applies..
Side Note: it's sad when green day covers a john lennon song and the green day version googles before the lennon version

It's a sad day when Green Day covers a John Lennon song.
Anything beyond that is just icing on the proverbial cake from Hell.

Gratz, Skof. I knew you could do it.
Snork said you couldn't, but I told him he didn't know jack sh**.
You're now overqualified for any cool job, and still lack the experience for any good paying job. Catch 22

Congrats, SKOF.
I always thought you were kind of a dumbass, but apparently you're not all that stupid.

I now have a bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Basically it's just software engineering.
This is actually a pretty big deal for me. I started college in 1998. Just now finished with my first degree. If you do the math, I have been in college for 9 years.
I have also been working full time for the college though for 5 years. Which has slowed my progress considerably.
But now that I have a degree, the college only offered me 35,000/year to stay here. I can make 55,000 somewhere else.

Greeaaatt.
Now you are qualified to flip burgers. Why?
Because you have a degree, but no experience. And without experience, you can;t get a job. But without a job you can;t get experience......
Vicious, ain;t it?

Excellent. I'm majoring in Computer Science as well, so now I'll have some to help me out in the last two years. :)
Fortunately, I have 1 year of hardware experience in the company I'm working at, and going on my 1'st year of software development. By the time I get my prereq's knocked out for CS, I'll have 3 years of software development under my belt. Not too shabby.
I'd put your resume` on Monster.com and see what kinds of offers you get. Also, check the ads in your local newspaper to see if any companies are in need of your skills.
My company is in need of two software developers currently, it's too bad you live so far away . . .
