Your parents might have stopped paying for you, check the email that your paypal is linked to.

If you are now grey, you did not get deleted.

You'll need top use the ticket system to send in a help ticket:

Also, check your Paypal, and make sure the latest payment actually went through. Especially with those paying via credit card on Paypal, if the transfer was denied from the card the account would be marked for downgrading.

Without that information there is nothing anyone can do to help you.

If you saved the emails from Paypal when the subscription was created and also paid for, then it will list the subscription number in each email. If you did not save the emails, then through Paypal is the only place to get the information. If you can;t get into the Paypal, or can't get the subscription number, then you have no way to prove the account is yours.
