A small number of accounts on Great Lakes have become corrupted. If you are having any problems with your gold account on GL please submit a ticket (http://www.tacticsarena.com/gold/support.php) and we will make arrangements for your account to be re-created.

The server upgrade itself was to move to a newer and better computer. So the servers should run better and be more stable now.
The update lets you know how long until your grey is wiped.
The problem is quite simply a side issue of the move. Not the most pleasant, but those who sent in tickets are getting their accounts and such restored.

recently, in the past 2 days, i have been getting booted from the server.....yes i am grey, but i should be gold today or tomorrow.....NO, i'm not speaking of getting booted from the lobby b/c i didn't go into a game soon enough, i'm speaking of being booted or disconnected in the middle of games.......i will click to do my attack, and it freezes me, then logs me off.....maybe you won't care b/c i'm grey right now, but i've seen golds complain about it as well last night.....i'm hoping this problem doesn't persist when i'm gold, i lost over 100 stats just last night alone due to disconnections

There still is problems with the server. Many people are complaining about it. When you upgrade, it won't happen. Just be patient.

i haven't had problems with any other games.....AND when i log back in, there are multiple ppl complaining they had just been booted as well, AS WELL AS GOLDS!!!
so it's not just GREY's that's getting booted.....but it's not everyone

It used to always happen to me on GL :(. This was because my connection was faulty and slow. So before I go into a game, I make sure I have a good connection, or I know I will d/c.

It's not locked on GL. I degolded that account a while ago before going to Army, which I was in for good 5-6 months. I was talking about Revelations, where my account is supposed to be actively gold forever.

I recently have been sending in a lot of tickets regarding password changes and such because of the Server Upgrade (they gave me odd passwords after reactivating old accounts on Revelations), and Serg has been fixing everything. The answer to problems is send in a ticket and wait 48 hours.

I was all jolly and stuff, was going to log onto GL and play some games. And then I find that I can't log on. I log on forums and I find out all my accounts are gone..and I was like
