I have subscirbed to gold account of tao and when i logged on i didn't have any members benefits (units).

I play a game called runescape and i payed 1 month and i got membership instantly also i cancled my member ship on runescape so i just get 30 days..... can i do that on tao?

i have only played tao about 3 days and i thought members would be good... but! i can't access it, no new units...i keep getting disconnected after a fight.

i only want to pay the £3.20 ($5) once so a 1 month gold account for me but if i can't get that gold account i want my cash back!

also where do i unsubscribe? i think tao have hidden it so less ppl unsubsrice.

i might be harsh but.....it is a enchantress paralize cleric world out there :)

You cancel the subscription by cancelling the paypal subscription to Flash. There is an option in the e-mail receipts that PayPal sends you that gives you an option of not paying that fee next time it is due.

Just cancel the paypal account to unsubscribe. Also, give it time for the upgrade, there is only one administrater here right now, the other one is on vacation for a week.


Lastly, in an effort to help out the admin, please post what server your name is, and what the name is on said server.

i am on baniff servers and my account name is 'oisin 10'

it has been over 13 hours now and still no membership

also i deleted my email from pay-pal so how to i cancle sub-scription?

Because we use a 3rd party system (Pay Pal) we do not control the unsubscribe controls.

ONLY YOU can do that in your own pay pal account.

It's very easy and simple just a check box so we are not hiding anything, I think anyone that knows about pay pal can vouch that unsubscribe from tao is a very easy thing to do.

Plus we are very open to people trying accounts out for a month gold it, if you don't like it or play enough de-gold it. Simple.

And the last point is you signed up and it says it can take up to 24 hours to gold it.
