My 1483 GL gold was deleted, and it was sponsored. If I can't get it back, I'm gonna raise hell.

Got on GL with my grey, statted all the ranked AL accounts. Not a single one of them is there. They're all at 750. And I've heard problems from others on other servers. (elimination on Army).

Oh, it's not just me. So far every ranked account I've statted on GL is 750. And I've statted A LOT.

Not if you have AOL it doesn't.

I went down the list in GL of ranked players, and the only person that still exists is monkus. Now if that's not favoritism, I don't know what is. ;)

In the world of TAO, getting your gold account wrongfully deleted is about as close to a "huge deal" as there is. I doubt anyone who had this happen to them would just shrug, create another account, upgrade it, and never ask a single question.

From what I can tell on Army.. the only accounts to get deleted were the ranked ones. All major clan leads are gone.

Probably because it wasn't ranked yet. However, I have come across a couple more ranked GL accounts that are still around:

But either way, this is a lot worse than the first time this happened. Not only has it happened on more than just GL, but the number of accounts gone has also increased for each server.

It seems like almost all the accounts have been recreated and are sitting at 750. HOWEVER, the two that I had access to, I can't get on, passwords are changed. I think someone may have just went around recreating all the accounts to piss people off.

And as I said before, my account was sponsored, so I can't send in a ticket. How lovely. I guess I'll send serg a PM that he'll never read.

If this isn't fixed, hell yeah for the gold strike. Not that I have a gold anymore, but if I did, oh yea. I wouldn't regold and start over, I'd stop supporting the game if the promised features were broken not once, but twice without repair.

i got all 3 of my personal 1700 golds remade and my 1600 wasnt deleted. i had to get ricardu and volcom to get crack and ricardu remade.

It takes up to 48 hours for an admin to get back to you, but from past expierences, they will restore your account instantly.

Dude, calm down.

You take it way to seriously, and Serg gave warning. They didn't have a choice to move server boxes or not.
