Uh currently I Japanese Girl am the leader of ~KiNkY~.
The only real big requirement is that you behave appropriately in TAO,
in other words no cybering please do not swear even if you replace one letter with a $ § ƒ † ‡ + so the system doesn't kick you, and no $ex is not an appropriate word in my book unless you are explaining what cybering is to stop people from doing it.
so pretty much as long as you behave well and don't act rude towards other people your in.
There is no stat requirment or clan color or special unit so don't ask I hate it when people dictate that pathetic stuff that doesn't matter some of the other leaders need to realize this and grow up... pardon for possibly upsetting you but seriously its not hard to find people in your clan just by reading the names.

Strike system each time someone in my clan spams,cybers, asks to "chat" with someone of a certain gender or cheat they get a strike. they get a letter for each time they get a strike.

if they get all 5 strikes and it spells EXPEL then they are going to be kicked from the clan if they get 2 reports of something wrong in the same week from the same reason send me a screen shot in a private message and they are kicked right away after i read it.

and yes i do get strikes too. if i get all 5 strikes then I will give leadership to the person online the most with the least strikes that can most likely lead a clan well then i leave the clan and hope the person keeps the strikes going. ok it isn't "perfect" but its a start on a well behaving clan

Then I read through a little bit and it actually looks to be fairly serious haha.

ok both of you tell me the banff account name and i will invite you... and asianpride55 negative repping me for the clan name isn't really fair you didn't even read the thread... i stated that i did not make the clan name i believe princess did. so you can't really blame me for receiving the clan from her and being unable to change the name i want to make it to a serious clan... i am not a gold nor do i wish to pay for goldship so this is my chance to organize a clan...

and shaddix you do not need a tryout i just ask you try your best and be appropriate. those are really the only actual requirements
