Actually I was fixing something else and it turned out to fix that as well.

If you let TAO do the resizing, it will turn transparent portions white. I decided to do my own resizing because I thought the TAO-ly resized one looked like crap. Then I thought "oh hey maybe that's why..." and it turned out I was right.

So I will change everyone's avatars to not suck if you want.
