Its a cool idea but reduce the armor a bit like to 20 and have the movement as a knights movement then for the "dark obliteration" it should either
1.) Kill itself
2.) Have a 4 turn wait or something along those lines
or 3.) Less then 10 hp

If you chose one of those 3 options it would be more fair and if seed did decide to make more units it would be more likely to be made

Decent try, quite a bit could help it. As others have mentioned, it's special should have a limitation. Also, reduce the armor, and movement. As I can see you are new, but keep trying :)

really usefull special attack, could get u out of a tight spot
if i ad a nickle everytime i needed 2 knight hits to hit the guy to win the game but....
