Blocking:70% (35%)
Range: 1
Movement: 2
Recovery: 2 turns
Specail ability: Whenever one of your units get killed, Axe raider gets a bonus of +1 movement and +5 power bonus for 1 turn
(After about 5 drafts....I think this is the final product)

Man, not only recovery but armor also.
i'd give him 30 armor to counter the serious lack of mobility and low health!.
Maybe more... he is seriously underpowered.....but not by much.

Even if the recovery was at 1 turn, this unit is an underpowered Knight. Let us compare..
Knight vs. Dwarf
HP: 50 > 35
Power: 22 < 23
Blocking: 80% > 70%
Movement: 3 > 2
Range: 1 = 1
The name needs a little rewording...
The only way to balance this unit is to make its recovery time 1 turn and make its Armor ridiculously high if you'd like to keep the other stats. Overall, I think you need to add in a special ability in order to make it unique compared to our current units.

10 Power is WAY too much. Try to think of something more strategic, though the stats are a step in the right direction.

Wait a second, a power bonus would be fine only if it wears off in 1 turn; though, make it a little lesser.

i meant for it to that way steve but i kinda like the idea of movement bonus instead...maybe a +1 movement bonus with a +5 power bonus for 1 turn after the unit dies. i don't know...maybe i should make it a poll.
Which special ability would be best for Axe Raider?
A.) +10 power bonus for 1 turn
B.) +2 movement bonus for 1 turn
C.) +1 movement and +5 power bonus for 1 turn

C is fine. However, have a reason for its stats to suddenly rise and drop right after a friendly unit dies, as the Furgon's ability.

I'm that dumb even though i might act that way sometimes. And next time you post on a "Create-A-Unit" thread, why don't you give some input on what it should be like instead of just bashing the ideas that this section of the board was created to house.
