View Full Version : Computer Help
For some reason my computer refuses to save anything off the Internet anymore. I have to copy images into a program and save that to be able to get it to remain in the place where I saved it to.
Can someone help me out here?

Uhm, from what I understood... Right-click>Save As.. doesn't work?
Yeah, but only to my desktop.
It's more annoying then really stopping me from doing anything.

sounds like a cookie/downloading placement error. If you could show an error msg that would help greatly?
There isn't an error, it just doesn't appear in the place I saved it to.

Do you have any download accelerators or download manager plug ins?
Have you tried uninstalling it and re-installing it?
etc...

No, I don't have any.
But my download window mysteriously vanished.

Nope : /
Haha, loser.
Just for the fun of it, I think I'm gonna go around the internet and save things to wherever I want them to be in my computer..!
And then go to that place and watch them just be there.. !
That's right.

Do you perchance have different users on the PC? I know that on my computer at work I now have two user accounts (thanks to my IT department) and sometimes when I can't find things they will appear in the other user's "My Documents" folder. (Although the folder is called "Jorge Posada's*" documents, not "My Documents")
Just a thought.
