if more then 1 unit dies a turn then he gets 5 per dead unit.

IF he moves while special he has to wait 1 turn but if he attacks he needs to wait 1 turn if he moves and attacks he has to wait 2 turns before he can move again.

might be a bit over powered..i tried to balance out. not sure if it should take up 2 unit spots or just 1

It's basically a Knight with slightly lower stats (except for the teleportation bit), and an ability to heighten his power for only a short amount of time, which his wait time is penalized for if he attacks. I consider him underpowered. You also will need to specify whether he gains extra power after one of your units die, one of your opponent's units die, or if any unit dies. I think you need to make his special ability more useful in order for this unit to be unique, because all I'm seeing is a version of an underpowered Knight.

I applaud you for following the CAU Guidelines, though. Oh, and keep the name! :p
