so I know I saw the post/thread here before, but I have forgotten where it is and I have searched fopr it.... os heres my question...

how can you calculate how much Reputation you give?

sorry if this is dumb but I forgot.

also if someone knows where the rankings for the descriptions of rep is, or what they are that'd be cool too.

1 for every thousand posts.

for example, i give 813 rep right now i think.

For the first 50 posts though you give nuetral rep.

Bascially. Although I still think there is a glitch in the system, because calulations always seme to be a cuple of points off.

Yeah, except that it's 87 instead of 843.

You lazy and/or people that can't do math or use a calculator can just cut off the last two digits of your rep and you'll have a decent rough estimate.

For example my rep is 90449, after removing the last two digits, it would be 904 - my rough estimate. using a calculator to do the math it actualy comes to 909 pos. I don't see any reason to know the exact number anyways.
