All of the gold pieces are so awesome that you feel the need to put them into one uber set.

turtles are awesome. But let the guy play how he wants to play and don't bash him for enjoying the style that 90% of FPS golds play to the exclusion of turtle games. Personally, I only do turtle games. I'll turtle against anything even if I know that the other person will have a huge formation advantage over me. Its a huge challenge to overcome, but its a lot of fun. Sucks for my stats though, but like I said, its a lot of fun playing turtle forms in all sorts of different scenarios.

The OP rails on someone who is clearly very new to gold for having a bad setup, but he's learning the smart way--through trial and error. Our OP, on the other hand, just copied what everyone else was doing because it's successful... Which begs the question as to why it's still successful if everyone's using it as opposed to the form it was designed to counter, and, by the way, successful does not mean good, folks.

Well making sets in gold accs its very hard, i tried to put on a LW but it sucked(maybe because im used to depend on my LW when i was grey), tried the zerker but it sucked too, i try almost every gold unit, but all failed, i know my anti is a copied set but anyway, with that set im more successful and i can even win against turtles, i know that the set that i use on my grey is a set that no one has (at least i don't see anyone in army that use my set exactly like me) and works pretty fine, im still trying new gold sets in rev, i guess someday ill have my own.

I make all my turtle sets, i don't like to use the same one's as others, but when i play some people they have the same sets as me what i use to have or still have, i find it pretty funny when they say "Why have you got the same set as me!"...well i made it, looool.

Turtle is more fun then free and more skilled, but you can play how you wish.
