Emails about replys

OMG... this is annoying. I sign on and have like 4 emails or so saying someone replied about something that i posted. How do you make it stop. I dont want to know when someone replies.

There is an option in the User CP, about subscribed threads. Search in that area. OR, at the bottom of a post, right above the "rate this thread" option, there is a check box, Email Notification. Just uncheck that option.
