We are aware of the current issues with certain players using third-party software to "hack" the game. We take this situation very seriously and will ban any member caught using these methods.

A fix is currently in the works to prevent this type of exploit and we will have it out ASAP.

Anyone caught posting links or instructions detailing these methods will also be banned.

Using these exploits goes against the competitive spirit of the game and ruins the experience for the vast majority of players who play the game fairly.

Meh... I just remember when it was a huge issue on legends..... There were people who actually stalled long enough for 2+ drops... I can't remember which one you got but meh...

Cough it's fixed, I met my goal.
Cough again, most boosters are now banned because they are the only ones dumb enough to use the hack.

Someones got it. Obviously I have more hacks then are fixed right now, but that's because I want to report them to the right person.And herein lies the problem. You keep thinking, because of your information, you get to talk to said "right person". That won't be happening, so do yourself a favor and just get it out of your mind. With that being said, you have 2 options:
1) stop making step-by-step instructional videos about these problems, which is just as affective as having somenoe else take the time to make a patch for them as no one would be able to use them, or
2) continue telling everyone everything you know, so some dev team needs to get paid overtime to patch it.

I dunno, I'm guessing anyone on dev could probably use the extra money, but I'ma go ahead and say that not screwing with things in the first place would probably be a better idea, eh?

The game isn't fixed comepletely.... The only thing that is fixed is when someone does the hack to you they don't win. And you get the stats.
So now people won't care as much and it won't get any attention, and in a sense it was somewhat patched or fixed, or what ever.... But not 100%

Example, I was walking past an elementary school once a few years ago. It was recess time, aparantly, and the playground was filled with kids. There were cars parked all down the street I was walking down and as I approached where there was a group of little girls playing off by themselves I noticed movement in a parked car. There was a 40 year old man watching these little girls and jacking off, I saw it plain as day. Now my first impression was to yank Chester the MOlester out of the car and beat him senseless. The problem is, I knew that wouldn't do any good. I decided to call the police instead, and they came out and handled their business. Problem is, he saw the cops coming and zipped up so they really had nothing on this guy. Perhaps I would have gotten more satisfaction out of beating him down, but at what cost? Doing jail time myself for it? At the very least, I made the police aware of the situation so they could watch for this guy in the future.

You see, what you did with the hack is essentially pull the man out of the car and beat him down. Now you've got to deal with the reprecussions of your actions. Had you waited patiently on the programming police to fix TAO, granted, there wouldn't have been as many fireworks. But the same end result would have been achieved, and you wouldn't have had to jeapordize yourself and your freedoms for that to happen.

here's the thing tho - you keep referring to "fix" it. There's nothing broken. Whatever it is you claim you've found does in no way affect this game at the present moment. The *only* way at this point in time that it could negatively affect the game would be if *you* specifically told people how to do it. So, if you want to "help" ensure things don't need "fixing", you need simply ensure you keep your own mouth shut. :)

I know that.

Even in switching from client side to server side would take a bit of coding. Then again, I supposed all you'de have to do is have it process the request from each side, then do it. But then the servers might be significantly slower, having to do an increased amount of calculations on it all. If I'd looked at the code I'd have a better idea about what I'd talking about, what I'm talking about wouldn't be pure theory.

There was a patch instated to stop the unit moving and instant surrender mods to stop working. This created another bug. No, the problem is not fixed in a way that people would have liked, but it has indeed been fixed.

Also, anyone with control over TAO's server can tell who did what on which account. If they received word that, say, a person called "Services to the Humans" sent in some strange-looking packets, they can simply ban him for the rest of his loser life.

The Grim Reaper is me and that account has been at that stat level it is for quite some time now. I have stopped using it for now and rarely go on it. If I do go on it, it's to talk to clanmates.

Only thing I know about dragion night is that hell's minion and p51spittinnails are the only ones that have access to that account. I saw it was at 1300 and I was surprised yes, but if you have no proof, stating anything on the topic of him boosting means absolutely nothing. The Grim Reaper is me and that account has been at that stat level it is for quite some time now. I have stopped using it for now and rarely go on it. If I do go on it, it's to talk to clanmates.

I saw him but on my country was 2:48 AM and was a day I was on a party so I played tao a bit and I saw him I have just 1 s/s cuz when he saw me he left and The account boosted was *~#1~* this time.
What you can say if this acc on day before had 1268 and don't appear on rankings and then this day 1400 haha logical, he can't lie to me...How can you explain me freakenature have 3 accounts on 1400+ and never play wow a 1400 player don't say no to a challenge if a 1300+ or 1200+ challenge him and with 3 acc's on 1400 is so logical I just have one on 1373 and the other 1322 and was hard get that stats and I don't feel scared to play.
