How the frick do I cancel?

Ok, I have read every sticky, e-mail the company till i am sick of it, and looked on every dang page. Where the hell is the button to cancel?
I am sick of the zero support feedback and the fact that i didnt even get all the units i was SUPPOSED to get as a gold member. I am fed up with it, and if a mod reads this, I just got a new credit card, so you have this payment and thats it.
I am guessing that you care about getting and keeping customers since you dont provide a means for them to end their subscrption.

Actually, it sub-easy to cancel. Go to paypal, or just read the e-mails that they send you. There is a "cancel" or "unsubscribe" button in it. Just click on that and you won't pay anymore.

Voila problem solved.

I havent seen any complaints or requests for help either... but such is life.

Most of the time people that did not get golded correctly didnt provide us with an account name or didnt create the gray account to be golded before hand.

Either way we email the user and provide instructions.

When DR returns we are going to look into pay pal more to see if we can put a cancel button right on the site.

But really if you know how to use your pay pal account which we assumed people would, it's a 1 click option.

We can't spoon feed everyone.:(
