What is your favorite kind of food that comes from potato's.

Hashbrowns are my favorite.

Aye homemade hasbrowns are the best. I get a cheesegrater, and grate a potato after cutting off the skin. Then cook it with sausage, tomato, onions, green peppers, and ham bits.

Its pretty good.

french fries are usually the way to go, or extra crispy home fries/hashbrowns

and ketchup is a must

I like baked, but I'm not a big fan of twice-baked. I just think it's a slippery slope to start down. Where does it end? Thrice-baked? Roll-the-dice-baked?
It's like my gramps used to say. There's a difference between scratching your ass and ripping it to pieces.

Well, my favorite has to be baked potatos. And I agree with Hugh here, twice baked just aren't as good as just plain old baked potatoes.

Hmm, well i'd have to say Hashbrowns. Get a covered Wagon :). Hashbrowns on the side. 2 biscuts with sausage on top, followed by a blanket of scrambled egg covered in country gravy.. Umm, that hits the spot.
