I regained the password of my old forum account, xEaglex. Unfortunately, it hasn't been used in 2 or 3 years, and it seems like it can't post or reply or have a signature. Does anyone know what I should do?
Apologies if this is the wrong place to post a thread like this, I posted it in the newbie board but nobody looks there >_<

I don't see your old account listed at all, try simply recreating it.
Are you sure you actually made it here? I can still access and old account of mine over 2 years since it was last used.

It says "this username is in use" when I try making an account with the name xEaglex. That, and I can log in on my old account, its just that all my privileges seem to be disabled.
EDIT: I have a question, and I need help. That's what my post is for. What's the problem?

So make "xxEaglexx".

First, you should have private messaged a mod. You would have known this if you actually were here since '04, which you weren't. The account xEaglex was registered a year and a half ago, and whoever registered it never activated it from the e-mail that got sent out from registration.
Try not to proclaim how "proud" you were to play SINCE '04, if, at best, you popped in once then, and haven't been playing SINCE then.

Apologies for taking the wrong action, I am accustomed to the "help forum" thread on Legends and could not find one here.
Though I do think it is a little silly that this topic has changed into a debate concerning my signature, simply out of spite. I created my Legends forum name something like a year ago, but that doesn't mean I have only been playing for less than a year.
Again, sorry. Forgive my noobiness :P

this is not out of spite. people round here (and most places, for that matter) don't like arrogance, being purposely mislead, etc. If you started at legends, and/or made an account at legends, and everything you've done thusfar is at legends, don't make it sound as if it's all been here.
your "pride" just nipped you in the butt

My signature is simple. I have been playing Tactics, on both servers, for a long time, and am glad to be part of this game. My forum activity is in no way indicative of my game activity. My sig does nothing to proclaim otherwise.
I'm not sure where in that simple statement I am misleading people and being an arrogant noob, especially enough to receive these negs. I understand the annoyance in my misplacement of this problem, but..wow.

i think you're probably overanalyzing why people neg you. It really doesn't require a profound or deep seated hatred. It's really because you just did something noobish (which we all do from time to time).

I don't get why you are giving him such a hard time. So what if he hasn't played since '04, I've seen much worse 'liars' in TAO.
