Ok, just so everyone knows. Graphics and i have made a new training clan on Army called The Firm's Interns. It is for people who want to be in The Firm, but are not quite there yet. It is also for people who are currently with us, but we feel are getting lazy with their wanting to get better and so on. So there you have it, the lead account in The Firm's Interns is Lyrics (a shared grey with myself and Graphics)

For the recrod the only 2 clans ive known to have a succesful training clan was Bushido Gaiden(FPS) and Judgement( on legends)

Nah far from it, There will always be disputes among clans, this is having is first big one by having a leader leave. It happens, either you can sit back for a bit, and get some personal input from that person and analyze it, or you can go your seperate ways.

Ok this thread has gotten a little funny with all of its speculation. Kinda bums me out that you guys were too buisy worrying about the clan and not watching the great football game that just finished up. Now that i have a minute here is my response to everything.

1) Mav is back for now, the three founders need to all sit down and have a talk about the decisions that Graphics and i have made. Things will be ironed out and we will move on.

2) I cannot guarantee that the training clan will work out, but my view on it is how do we know it will fail if we dont give it a shot? AND if it is successful i will make a post telling all of you to shut the fuck up.

3) Our site, thanks for pointing that out speaker i think that the problems have been fixed.

4) My temper by no means brings a negative light onto this clan seeing as how i tell our members that what i do should and will not be tolerated by themselves. I know when to be quiet and i know when things need to be said. THAT said, dont worry about me Dape worry about how you will be getting into this clan.

5) Cuathon has joined the clan. Got a problem? Talk to me about it, i told him he gets his chance to be in The Firm just like everyone else (excluding those who piss me and the other leaders off).

6) Us dying? /laugh see you guys in a couple years, we are not going anywhere.

There is no tension. Its just that the majority of the leaders in TF feel that Anubis' actions disgraced the clan. Simple. I personally love the guy and it hurts to have to ban him from the clan, but thats life. I can't just raise hell and disturb the equilibrium of the clan over one person. Then my dream and what this clan stands for would be crushed.

I place my faith in Graphics and Maverik thats more than i can say for most people in general. Those two along with a select few others can do no wrong, they both felt strongly about the situation so i went with the flow. Our core group is still strong, the new leaders represent the clan well and all is going well. We are still having fun and owning the server. Mission complete.

I chose leaders, but we aren't going to die anytime soon. We are structured in our own way, all i appointed them for is so they can pick up the slack when Graph, Mav and I are not on. They are doing a fine job, and they are learning as they go. I see no problem with them.
