As you all know i have been a part of -X-Factor- on Army for a long time. Things are not quite what i want them to be there so i have decided to do my own thing and start up a clan on Army.

Welcome to The Firm, what we will do here is seek out the highest level of tactical play and just have fun talking smack and pwning Army. As of right now we are four members deep, the three leaders being myself (llrich), Graphics, and Maverik07 (Sector 9). This clan is just about friends pwning, enjoying the thrill of the game and getting better.

We are a close-nit group who looks to grow so if you are interested post here and you can have a tryout with one of the three leaders stated above.

Basic guidlines to join:

1) You must be an elite player, with the skills to match the leader board.

2) Mature personality; While talkin shjt is ok, there is a limit so we are looking for those who know boundaries.

3) Good sport; We need people who just enjoy the game for what it is and want to get better.

2) Respect who you play. Always be curteous at the end of games even it was not the best of games.

3) Be courteous to all clan members no one is better than anyone else there is only The Firm.

4) Dont spam clan chat, no one wants to hear you but yourself. Talk when there are important things to be said.

5) No boosting, stat whoring, grey jumping, or any of that other nub stuff. Thats a one way ticket out of here.

8) We are not here for stats, so dont be concerned with yours. Just try to be the best you can become and realize your potential.

There has been some new appointed leaders lately. I have noticed since the new leaders have been appointed, some players have been let in..that are not really up to the standards of play that the 3 have come up with. Anything in bold is what I beleive has changed and needs to go back to the old ways.

I dont not agree with the new leader every other day, or so it seems. I just think the lead role should go to the 3, even if they cannot keep the clan active, try and be available for invites.

I was on earlier today, and one of the newest memebers, baldavenger, was on. I was very surprised to see that he had gotten an invite. So i told him "How the HELL did you get in here" and he told me that he beat a few people in his tryout game and so on and challenged me to a game. The game was not pretty at all. I won by 9. Even though I had set advantage. A good player would not lose by 9 with a set advantage (In my opinion)

Can a leader elaborate on these newly appointed leaders, and why they were appointed leaders. Because it seems that in the absense of Graoh, Mav, and LLrich, they have not been following the clan requirements and inviting n00bs with good stats. As it says stats do not matter. On a side note, some grey names Tactics Arena Online kept nagging me to sponsor him. Even after I told him I do not do that anymore.

I am posting this because The Firm seems to be turning into a "Lets let every1 in and see how many people we can get to join" clan. I have been here since the beginning, or nearly the start of this clan, and i just dont like whats is happening to it.

Haha, its weird how i was blamed for XF dying. That was so long ago, but it really had nothing to do with my leaving. If you think about it all the other leaders (Prime, Nova, Heaven) were inactive so it was their fault it died too.
