What is it you hope to accomplish? Either you prove you're incompetent by losing, wrong in entirety by losing, or that you're unwilling to play a match where you stand a chance to lose (according to your thinking)....


I'll have to keep an eye on this and add it to my study of foolish behavior.

Oh, and you're kidding yourself if you ever speak in absolutes when it comes to this game ;) You will eventually lose to a grey, regardless of player skill or your setup.

i have to say that greys can beat golds because they are limited to certain pieces and they must focus more..... thats the most important thing in a battle is focus

Golds have a wider array of choices and therefore an advantage. Anything like focus and confidence and other psychological factors are, in my opinion, too situation-based to really generalize. There's no reason why a gray can't be overconfident facing a bad gold, or for a gold to focus more based on the person.
