i think he means he cant see the chat on tao... try pressing f11 for full screen

There is no download-able client for TAO. The only client is the web version. I suggest using full screen or a different browser.

Ah, internet explorer can be a bit dicky sometimes. Either try snowolf's suggestion or download firefox. Firefox is elite amongst all other browsers :P. Possibly you need to download the latest version of flash.

If you're using a normal account, they have a certain amount of time to wait before they can enter in their next line of text. If you can't see the bottom of the screen, try resizing it using f11, the scroll bar will help you with that. (Actually, not really sure if they still implement that or not, but that might be it)

Technically, the "full" version of this game, is a gold account, which is 5$ USD monthly, you can get that from the front page.
