Name: Megalo Warrior
HP: 45
Armor: 15
Blocking: 50% (25% side)
Recovery: 1 turn
Movement: 3 tiles
Attack Range: 2 tiles - see below
Power: 20 (blockable), 10 (blockable) - see below

Animation: Looks kinda like a knight with no shield, and his sword (which is twice as wide and twice as long as a Knight's sword) is in a sheath on the Warrior's back. The megalo warrior wears full body armor, but does not wear a helmet... he has long hair instead. The sword's sheath, the warrior's hands and knees, and a sword-shaped symbol on his chest and back, are shown in the player's chosen colour.

Description: A human warrior with a heart of stone and armor of steel, the Megalo Warriors are the elite fighters of the Human ranks. Armed with massive, ridiculously deadly swords, the warriors strike with lethal efficiency and deadly speed, delivering a massive payload in a tightly-packed group. This warrior sacrifices health and armor for power, so be cautious when straying into enemy territory as the Megalos do not take as much damage as the Knights.
Attack Pattern: Strikes 4 tiles in the following pattern in one swipe of his huge sword, dealing 20 damage to 1 adjacent square to the warrior, and 10 damage to the 3 tiles adjacent to the target square (other than the actual warrior). All of these attacks are blockable. All of them are hit in one swipe, whether friend or foe. In other words...

[X][X][A][X][X] Key: X= unaffected square
[X][A][B][A][X] ------C= Megalo Warrior
[A][B][C][B][A] ------b= Target square (receives 20 dmg)
[X][A][B][A][X] ------A= 10-dmg square*
[X][X][A][X][X]
*The A squares hit are the 3 A squares which are adjacent to the targeted B square.

Please give me positive feedback and contructive criticism. :) I want to know how to improve on this, so if you have any siggestions, don't hesitate to post them here! ;)

If one of your units are within the 3 A tiles, can they be affected by the attack?? And this would be kind of cool but to much damage overall imo.

I think this would be a cool grey unit. I just suggest bringing the power down a tinsy bit.

I like its strategic uses, however I think its HP could be bumped up a bit

How about if I do both? I'll lower damage and up health.
And yes, any friendly and enemy units in the B or A squares being hit in the attack, will take damage.

Overpowered. That can do 30 damage and hard to kill, easy to take out a cleric with a scout and attack from this and still live. If reduced you reduce second space damage I'd use it.

Well in a freestyle it would do some pretty heavy damage.

with the right units it could also destroy turts.

It moves like a knight, so possibly at same side.

I just realised this would completly destroy the chanty action for greys :( we would never be able to win with chanties again!

......Can't.....Live....without....chanty.... If only my gun would work.... whats the problem?

WTF? it's not 30 damage, its 20, with 10 damage on adjacent squares. It's meant to be a spread attack, like Pyros but blockable. It'snot meant to be like a knight too much, so I made it different.

EDIT: Yay! 100th post!

It will destroy chanty's

Well, then it has a use other than mindless slicing! Chanty destruction would be a good strategy for this unit, like scouts are uned for mage and cleric slaying.

chanties have enough enemies, scouts, pyro, DMW, wisp, frost golem, dragon and mud golem can destroy them...

Heck, I really wanted this to be able to quickly destroy tightly packed groups of weakened enemies, and deal decent damage to single armored targets. Besides, it only has the same range as the chanty, so if this is close enough to attack the chanty it is close enough to be para'zed
