Why switch majors?

I switched my major because I wasn't enjoying my original studies. I'm having to resit the year, and take a year out (to save some cash), in order to do it. In the grand scheme of things though, everything ought to work out alright. :)

What happens here alot, is people find they don't like the next one even more.

Heheh, I just changed my major too, from Biological Sciences to Business Administration. :)

One of the reasons, though not necessarily primary, is that I can't standing the auditorium where I took my Chemisty. There were about 300 students in there. The air circulation wasn't so good, so I had slight trouble getting air. My old advisor called the "Hell Hole."

Of course, there are other reasons for the change. :)

Good thing I am only Sophomore and took mostly general classes. So it didn't hurt as much as it would be otherwise. :)

And if you care, I will be taking a break next year. It will be a great way for me to learn more about business before taking actuall classes, and join Americorp to get some experience. :)

Why switch majors?

Well, some people in this world aren't sure what they want to do with the rest of their lives, and it takes some time to find something about which they are passionate. It is always best to do something you enjoy rather than suffer in the long haul.

From what to what?

Not a big deal if you do it freshman year.

From international affair (political science) to business finance. Ya i am very lucky that i did it this year (fresh) but the thing is i had holds and so i could just sign up for all of the general freshman classes, i signed up for junior level pol sci courses. also, at my school the business college looks at your transcipt at the end of your soph year to see if you have the minimum business requirments and then allows you into the actually school of business which means if i want to finish in 4 years i have alot of shit to do in one.

oh ya, tried signing up for classes today online and could only get into like 2 of some 7 i needed.

The limit of function "Engineering degree" as GPA approaches 0 is Business degree.

Relevant, yes.

i would go into engineering except i find it exceptionally boring. alot of my friends are in there and ask me for help because it comes naturally to me, only thing is so does business and i find it more enjoyable.
