Yeah, I'm bored, and while working, i thought about who was the biggest noob in this game.
Here is the way to answer that question.
Whoever gets nominated, has no choice but to go through with the election.
You cannot nominate anybody, if you have less then 300 posts, or have been on the forum for less 1 month.
You cannot be nominated if you have less then 500 posts, or have been on the forum for less then 3 months.
So if you don't meet the post requirment, you can always have the time limit to nominate/ be nominated.
The top 5 nominated will then be voted for the biggest noob title.
You can only vote if you nominated somebody.
Whoever wins, HAS to put the dunce banner in their signature. I will be getting this.
I will create a thread for the voting in exactly one week.
The winner is the biggest noob for exactly 1 year, which then a new vote shall occur, using these same rules.
