What happened to common sense?

Seriously. Has no one in the ENTIRE WORLD got an ounce of common sense? Because I really think there is none left where I live.........

One of my drivers just called me a little while ago, and said he had someone call who wanted to go to Cincinnati from Athens. So I asked for their name and number.....
He says he didn't get that.
I asked when they wanted to go.
He didn't get that
I asked where they were at now.
He didn't get that

Basically, he talked to someone on the phone who was asking about a ride half-way across the state. And gets off the phone with NO INFORMATION and calls and tells me I need to arrange this ride. (After hours transports is my job) For someone he doesn;t know the name of. Or number or. Or location of.


And sadly enough, thats not even the worst of my weekend.

So I have an idiot who can't get the simplest information, an idiot who ran a car hot and probably busted a head in an LT1 caddy engine, an idiot who thought it was alright to have "just one beer' while waiting to pick someone up at a bar, a car with a busted engine (see above), a van with a busted water pump......

On top of that I moonlight doing home repairs. So I had a trailer with busted water lines. When I went into the house (which boss owns) next door to shut off the water valve, I find an operational GROW ROOM.
Lights, hydro gear, and about 3 dozen plants.


And did I mention I have replaced 4 valves, a billion joints and about 80 feet of pipe in that trailer???
