Are the latinos naturally skilled at TAO?

I was thinking about this earlier and ive noticed that the latino or hispanic TAO community all seem to have above average skill at this game. Legend Z, X, Lieu, Stiv, Sangro, TACTO.
Also pointed out by Detonation(hispanic) and his deep ties with the hispanic TAO community Dardowtk, pxndx, jamon, rubbish, el @pita, junier, carlos22, zadico, are all of the latino decent and pwn at this game. I think we can all agree this are all well above average players.

If you look for this sort of thing, you're sure to find it. It's called confirmation bias. You could do the same exact thing with any other group and look at their best people, see how close they are to the top, and conclude that specific racial group is somehow better than the rest. The converse is also true, and data could just be taken from the very worst players, and conclude that racial group is worse than the rest.

There are plenty of shitty hispanic players (no offense guys, but every race has their share of bad players) - they just never really come to the forums so they aren't known. The ones who take the time to attempt to talk with the rest of us, even when their first language isn't English are obviously more intelligent than the others, and thus the "known" hispanic players are generally pretty damn good.

Perhaps overall they are slightly better than the other races, but I doubt it's really anything significant or measurable even. I'd be reluctant to say anything about which race is the best, because I don't think it's really something you can prove.
