War! The Fight

Allright, here are the rules.


2 Teams, captains are Priest and Skev21.

It will be fought like an old-school war, no limit on the amount of people on each team. Arguing and name calling is encouraged. 18 Kills to be able to challenge a guard, beat both guards too challenge the leader and win. 20 People+Leader are gold on each team. Leader says who gets what accounts(Guards, Grey, or Gold), and is responsible for the team. Leader gets to use a grey account in addition. The Captain is expected to be leader, but they can abdicate if they feel like it, but they lose all decision making power.

Rules of battle are as such:
1) Greys can challenge Golds, but not vice Versa
2) Guards cannot be challenged until 18 kills have been reached.
3) Leader cannot be cahllenged until both Guards have been killed.
4) Once the Leader/Guard can be challenged, he must play 1 Game every 2 Days, this includes challenging anyone and having them say "No". (This is to prevent the leader stalling, any attempts by the opposing team will be very harshly punished) If he does not comply, 1 player from his team will randomly be selected and killed. Each Guard must play/challenge someone to a game every 2 days, not combined. This rule will be reconsidered if the otherside is purposly not logging in to be challenged. Please, this shouldn't have to come into affect, everyone, just don't be a moron about this war.
5) Each Person is allowed to decline 5 Challenges, after that they must play or forfeit. This is a reasonable amount for anyone to be unactive. If you decline a challenge, and someone else challenges you in the next 20 minutes, this does not add to your tally of declined challenges.
6) A challenge is when 2 players from opposite teams are on, and one says, "Lets play" or anything of the sort.
7. Ask questions if you ahve them.


Allright, people are white if still in, sienna if out, amount of kills listed in parenthesis. Amount of challenges declined is second. Please don't be obnoxious about the challenge feature, this is simply to prevent people from constantly declining games and to keep the tourney going.

I was testing to see if you were paying attention. You challenge someone on a server, if they decline, take a screenshot and report it. You do not need to post the screen shot, that is only in case of a dispute.

Yes, but later, they get a 20-30 minute period where they cannot be challenged again.

Pretty much the 5 declines are there to cover situations like,
"I'm at work"
"I'm here for another tourney"
"I don't feel like it"
"I was just checking____"
"Sorry I just finished a game and have to go"

With 5 declines, unless someone plays a large number of games for the tourney,(Getting like 5+ wins), there is really no reason they should be more often that they can't play than when they can.

Just please, everyone, don't abuse the challenge system, and don't sit out of an unnecessary amount of games.

I made a few mental errors. The biggest one, that really changed the tempo of the game was when I moved my dragon beside you frost rather than in front of it. Would've taken the furgy out of the equation and I wouldn't have had to unfreeze your scout.

Lieu, TBK, Veil, and various others have all bugged me while I'm in other games or doing other stuff while on TAO. People need to be less obnoxious. Additionally, some players are going out and selectively hunting down the weak players. How are TAL points being awarded for this? If it's a race to hunt noobs, then I really think that this is a poor format/award system for a "war".

Allright, this is how I'm going to have this go. A grey playing with a gold formation, results in them being killed. The non-infractors team receives half a win, and no wins get record for the non-infractor. That way, people being stupid does not negativly affect the team as much as it could.

Yes. Thats what declines are for. When times you really can't play. 5 Times being on TAO and not being able to play seems reasonable to me. Unless you're avoiding games when you can play, you won't have trouble with this rule. I mean, if you get down to 1 decline left, its simple as not logging on unless you can play.
