Go to a clan's thread. Don't make a clan come to you. You might wanna get more experience before joining a clan.

It's also a good idea to post your account type and what server your on in threads like this. I would have to agree with Rogue though, go check out different clans, check out the clan listings, and pick one your interested in joining. Most clans have established recruitment methods.
