Well, I just realized... you can have up to 4 stone golems on the field (if you have the TAL points).
Me and a friend once brought a stone golem to the front line, and stoned each others single knight once.
Well, why can't we do it with three or four?
What would happen if we did, would it do negative damage (heal) or a big whomping 0?

/ponder.

A big whomping 0.

Why the hell would it heal?

cause it would hit negative. most likely it will hit 0. ask a mod or some good tourny person for a 3 golem line-up and see

It is zero. Jamzo/ozmaj and I tried it. He quad stoned his dragon, it takes zero. Trip stone deals zero with anything under a dragon/dsm shot.

Edit: The zero DOES destone the stone golems though, so no "haha I'm invincible" for you. Sorry.

5.6 Armor Bonus:
(a) either increases or decreases Armor temporarily
(b) AND cannot reduce effective Armor below 0
(c) AND cannot increase effective Armor above 100.

Taken directly from the TAO rule book.

Exactly. But at 100, it would take no damage. Giving a unit over 100 armor would simply screw up the game's armor calculations, which actually might cause it to heal though (simply because of the math used to get the damage dealt to a unit based on its armor). Interesting question, though.

But personally, I would rather have 2 Berzerkers, and then freeze a double-stoned knight, and then (along with a friend who also has a Berzerker) boost its wait time ridiculously high and find the limit, if there is one.

Or you could stone it 3 times, a zerker each. Then hit(0), repeatedly.

Heh, yeah but one Berzerker each doesn't work. Trust me, the wait resets because the Berzerker's have their own wait times. The highest wait I've ever seen was a 7 Wait Turn on a Cleric. Shaddix and I did that a little while back in Revelations.

You could probably get the wait a little higher if you attacked a Furgon that just did its enraged move. I don't know if that would work or not, I just don't want to think it through.

Crap.. you're right! I guess the max wait time is actually 8 until someone gets another Berzerker.. Thanks for pointing that out!!

You attack a furgon that just did it's special move twice with berzerkers I think.

technically the max will still have to be 7 because the furgon will be enraged when he is fully surrounded by shrubs, then once he is done he is exhausted by still surrounded, so you would need to break one shrub to get to furgon which means one turn off so 7 turn wait is maximum

I stared at your signature for like 5 minutes... I can't tell if it moves or not, but I'm really dizzy and my eyes hurt.

Also, just so I'm on topic, according to the guide armor can't go above 100% so I'm assuming no matter how many times you stoned anything, the most you're going to get from it is a big whomping 0, no healing. If you could go over 100% it might be different :p.

Wisps still deal 4 damage per turn, so no, not completely invincible. (even though the wisp doesn't kill the unit :()
