resetting accounts

im not one to tell you to not reset accounts, i understand that its necessary to keep the site running. i think however that perhaps you could have those of us with grey accounts keep our names. perhaps some sort of system that can save our account upon request. those accounts that are inactive will not be able to request this service. this would get rid of all unused accounts. this would be best as a monthly process to filter those accounts that arent used. What do you think?
