Halloween Costume Ideas - It's time to start planning!!!

Okay, so Halloween is just a few months away, and for those of you who are obsessed with having an amazing costume, you better start thinking and planning on what you want to be. For those of you who don't really dress up too much, well...you should start.

I have been several things in the past. I have been the Blues Brothers with my brother when i was little, a lobster when I was a baby. But as I grew up, I started to get more into it. I started out with a full on werewolf costume (which was miserable with all of the hair), a dead nerd, the "Peanut butter Jelly time" banana, a tooth fairy, and a hot dog.

To me, an amazing costume is not something you buy for a hundred dollars. It has to be homemade and very creative. This is my senior year of highschool, so this years costume needs to be phenomenal. I have had a few ideas, such as: A full on giraffe with stilts and everything. But I don't think I'd be able to pull that off. So I was just curious to see what type of costumes everyone else have done that have been extraordinary.

Thats whats so great about haloween, the hot stupid girls stand out from the hot nice/smart ones that won't put out.

The only decent costume I ever had was a pimp, home made (mostly wearing my great grandma's stuff), think it was grade 9, then I managed to get some male friends to dress up as whores. I'd like to get a good one this year.

I worked at my friend's mom's country club as part of the haunted house. I hid under these spider webs and behind this tombstone thing, and I could scare the living shit out of almost any person. I almost caused a mom to drop her baby, no joke.

Every summer I go to a camp that has a bunch of activities that take place in the woods, including an extremely intense game of tackle capture-the-flag that takes place over the course of three days, and I bought myself a ghillie suite (http://www.ghilliesuitclothing.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/ghilliesuitnms.jpg) to use as camouflage; I'll probably wear that for Halloween.

That's what i was thinking for this year. I didn't dress up last year cuz all I did was go to a party on campus. Incidentally that was the first time I got drunk lol. But yeah this year there's a big party on campus and costumes are required so I have to this year >.<. I was thinking tinkerbell or something like that.

But yea halloween is the bomb in my neighborhood. People come from all over just to come to our neighborhood. By about 7 or 8 the street is just clogged with only traffic going oneway since everyone is parking on the streets.

We have some people put up small horror scenes and scare the sheot out of kids...The best one last year was they had this car that had wrecked and pulled it up to a tree to look like it had crashed. Then they put fake bodies like they had died...yet some of the people were just playing dead and at random they would get up and scare the sheot out of people.

Another house had a guy sitting very still dressed up like Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw massacre and ramdomly he would crank up his chainsaw and start chasing people.

The treats are good too...One lady gives out Popcorn, another gave out Nacho Chips and cheese...and this past year we even had someone giving out drinks.
