Okay, so I just figured out why I can not upload a .PSD. I save all my files as .PNG's, but I also just figured out something, once I save it as a .PNG and close it, I can not re-open it and edit it. So yeah, how can I fix this problem or are the images I have created not able to be fixed?

Okay, here's my attempt.

Why didn't you post it in the Banner thread, where most of the GFX people post?

You save a .PSD version and a .PNG, that way you have the final product which you can upload and an editable version.
In other words, save one of each. Easy enough, is it not?

Okay, well another question then. Can I save a .PSD version when using PSP X? if not then i still can't get the edit version.

To be honest, I'm not sure. The only GFX program I have used is PS CS2.
For that you'd need someone who is using the same program as you.
Also, couldn't help but laugh at the ">.>" I saw when I went to change my avvy :D

CLick on File and click on Recently open

im afraid that once u've saved a file as .png only and closed it, you lost the psd for good.
unless what Taoparis said will work...then u didnt lose all, but just most of the work.

It's a lot easier to edit banners you didn't rip. Then you can get into all the layers and stuff. ;)

PSD is the default save setting so I have a hard time believing you've never once saved a PSD.

Lol I like shamus's Can I have rep. pictures.... And to uniqu, I have Paint shop pro, and third I talked to yogurt and Raging on msn yesterday. He said once I save it as a .PNG i can not reopen it because when it's saved as a PNG its saved as one layer. So peace I am off to download Photoshop CS3...
