Regardless if it was a joke or not, that lady and the media saw it as racism. I mean, I new it was a joke before being showed it's stupid "real meaning," but that really didn't have anything to do with this report.

That said, if it was a white man with an afro, nobody would be saying anything.

That is funny. kyir, I understood without googling if it made you feel better.


The sign was meant to be a joke saying the pool is closed for everyone, and it was never meant to say it was just closed for black people. It really is the grandmother who was being rediculous, because if it was a white man, would anyone assume it only refered to white people?
