I was thinking about custom units and though of a few cool things...
Name: Leecher
Class: Four-legged beast
HP: 40
Armor: 10
Power: 18
Movement: 4
Range: 2 (Singular Attack)
Block: Front 0%, Sides 85%
Wait: 3
Additional Information: When the Leecher attacks, whatever damage the opponents piece sustains, a chosen allied unit gains that amount of health. Armour plated at the sides but exposed at the front and back. The chosen unit colour shows on the armour.
Name: Invisibility Ward
Class: Sphere on a wooden pole
HP: 20
Armor: 100
Power: 0
Movement: 0
Range: 6
Block: 100%
Wait: 4
Additional Information: Can turn an allied unit invisible to the enemy for 2 moves, appeared invisible to the enemy but transparent on your screen. There is no way to damage this unit but every time you use it it takes away 10hp of the ward, so it is only capable of 2 used. Chosen unit colour shows as sphere.
Tell me what you guys think =D

Sounds kinda cool, but I'm not a good judge with the sort of things.

It's a beast rider with more wait, and rule breaking blocking rules ;).
It's not some retarded win in 1 turn unit like so many others are bringing out *cough mino*. The blocking scheme has to be side blocking is 50% of the front. So assassins have 70% blocking. Therefore 35% on the sides.
Name: Invisibility Ward
Class: Sphere on a wooden pole

You mean a barrier ward, with less hp, the same range, a larger wait, and dies in two turns

The first unit is an overpowered beast rider
The second unit has way to high of armour! Just raise the hp to 38 and keep it at no armour...

Map, the ward can only be used for two turns. I say screw it. Use a barrier ward.
"Few" is the operative word.

The 1st 1 is not like a beast rider though beause a beast rider can attack 2 enemies at once whereas the Leecher attacks 1, and however much the Leecher attcks, that damage gets transferred to a selected unit

Now the leecher is far too overpowered, the game will never have an attacking unit that can heal another unit as well.

saying opponents piece doesnt mean it attacks 2 of them, if i said opponents pieceS would mean i attack 2, saying opponents piece could just be resaid as opposing piece, or the piece being attacked, or anything like that...
elimination

Try making up a unit without copying anything off of another unit, its more challenging and fun :)

Name: elimination
Class: Unknown
HP: 1
Armor: 0
Power: 1
Movement: Very little to none
Block: None
Wait: 25 turns
Additional Information: when the elimination attacks it just there to waste your turn, its designed to make the oppenents run the opposite direction when they look at it.
You're right that was fun! And a little challenging!
