I Wanna Cancel my Gold Account but Can't!

Ok, so i bought my membership a few months ago around may. I stopped playing at the start of the summer and decided 2 cancel my gold account because i didnt want to keep waisting money on something i wasnt playing anymore. The only problem is that now TAO is only directing me to pay pal cancellation when i bought the account with my credit card and i have no active paypal account. Not only that but TAO is not answering any of my calls nor my e mails. Can anyone ooffer any insight as to how i can cancel this acount.

I also extend arms to any Mods who can help me with this problem.

The only way to pay for an account is through paypal. You say you used your credit card, but it must have been through paypal. You claim you no longer have a paypal account, which means once you got rid of your paypal account, all active subscriptions would have been canceled.

I'm curious as to what phone number you actually called...

Either you are making this up, or are confused. Either way, give me the name of the account and I will have it deleted.

Ok your not understanding me, I said i have "no" active paypal account and never did. When you want to buy an account TAO allows you give credit card information and they are charging me right off of my credit card i never gave any paypal account password. I am "NOT" making this up why would i want to complicate anyone's life nd i see no reason for ppl to keep giving me red boxes for this issue. The number i am calling is given on every reciept mail that TAO sends me (780-421-8833). My account name is Silvershot, please help get rid of it.

No.
You can ONLY buy and cancel an tao account with an paypal account.
You need your sub # from the credit card, but also have to sign a bunch of crap as in paypal info and such.
So you are just confused I guess..
Plus, you will not get contact with them by phone or email, they don't really care as what I know.

Actually, when you pay via credit card, all you have to do to cancel it is stop the payment via your credit card company.

Or be smart enough to set up the paypal account that comes with the first payment automatically.
