Name: Elven Agent
Information: A powerful and agile fighter, the elven spies are called upon in times of need to take out some of the strongest enemies before anyone realises they are there. Very few of these merciless assasins have ever been discovered, and fewer have let their enemies escape. Their longbows and shortbows have allowed for effective attacks at almost any distance. They do not wear armour, but have learned to block effectively with their shortbows and recover quickly, due to possessing the quick, stealthy reactions of both an elf and an 'agent'. They cannot move very far since they need to stay hidden much of the time and moving would reveal their presence.
Type: I would say Humans...
Unit Description: This unit has a very long range attack, which is hindered by the LOS rule. She can also move pretty well. She looks like a human is shape, but she has pointed ears and, instead of normal clothes or armour, wears a cloak of leaves and a wreath on her head. Her cloak changes colour depending on your choice.
Movement: 3
Attack Description: The Elven Spy carries both a longbow and a shortbow. She shoots her shortbow at any enemy within 4 tiles, which deals 16 damage to the target, flies through the target and hits anything on the tile behind the target, dealing 8 damage to that secondary target. At a range of 5-7 tiles, she fires her longbow, dealing 20 damage to the target but only the target.
Attack Range: 4 [OR] 7 (see above)
Power: 16 + 8 [OR] 20 (see above)
HP: 38
Recovery: 2 turns (1 for movement, 1 for attacking)
Armor: 0%
Blocking: 40%
Special Ability: Stealth -- if, after 2 turns not in recovery, the elven agent has not been attacked, she will become invisible to your opponent until you either use her again, or barrier or heal her (thess things reveal her presence).
Gameplay Aspects: You can only have one Elven Agent on the field at any time. When this unit is within 2 tiles of a Scout, that Scout gains 3 extra power, but loses 10% of his blocking.
What do you think? :D I tried to make it a long range unit which isn't too much like the archer...
