Not bad, but the HP and wait are too messed up.

The hp should be lower, and 5 wait?!

Maybe 1 or 2 and the movement only is always the movement + attack cut in half, rounded down.
Plus the blocking is just.....dunno.
5% it's all about luck, may as well make it 0.

This unit is pretty underpowered. It's basically a nerfed mud golem. Longer wait, same movement except it can't transport, both have 0 armor, less dmg (also muddy can do either 20 or mudquake which is 15-10-5), while having only 5 more hp and a 5% block.

what's the purpose of the unit? It's tied for highest recovery in the game and is tied for the weakest base attack in the game.

Read some other CAU threads and look for what others have done to balance out their units. Try to make a few adjustments based on what you learn.
