Its not true.

Wendy's just celebrated its 39'th birthday, and will not be celebrating its 60'th for another 21 years.

If you receive any variation of this rumor, don't believe it!

They should just do it anyway...Although I'm sure people who don't know this is a rumor will go and pay the regular price since they are already there lol...

Wait, hold on. You want their meat to be "pure?" I'm assuming you're saying that it isn't 100% meat and partially filler product. You want more cows dying to fill up that meat to filler ratio, being a vegetarian?

I was in DQ when they had their 40 or 50th annversary.
.25 ice cream cones and .99 cheeseburgers.
We bought like 20 cones and threw 'em at people.

I actually agree with you. I'd rather have a good chicken sandwich from Chik-Fil-A than an In-N-Out burger. But as far as hamburgers go, a 4x4 animal style is pretty good. The French Fries, though, are only good hot. Once they are cold, they're inedible. Animal style fries helps a little.

I've always been a big fan of Rally's/Checkers
Burgers are decent, but what you really go there for are the fries. NOBODY makes better fries than Rally's.

Did they fly in an airplane? If so I doubt security would have allowed it lol. Probably think there was a bomb inside of the patty.

I heard about someone doing this elaborate scheme to try to get in-n-out burgers to New York using a cooler and fed-ex. That kind of defeats the purpose since the meat is never supposed to be frozen before it's cooked and they froze it to send it through the mail.

Are you guys talking about the states this rumor made it to?
Because slap Wisconsin on that list too... I know different people from 3 parts of the state (milwaukee, madison, and kenosha) and each part thought it was 35 cent burger day.... But its weird that you guys thought it was 25 cents...

im saying people who do eat meat, i dont have a problem with.
my vegetarian lifestyle is my choice.

but the people who do eat meat from fastfood shouldnt be eating the toxic waste thats put in it just to make it "more", it should be pure meat.
i stay away from fast food, restaurants, and animals. eggs evn make me sick now.
but i support the people who make different choices, i mean, i used to eat meat a while ago.

but fast food HAS proven to make people sick and the contents of it.. is so unhealthy for ANYONE.
