Hp:44
Armor:10%
Movement:4
Power:20
Recovery Time:1 for attack, 0 for movement, 1 total
Blocking:50% from the front, 25% from the side
Range:A straight line of 3 tiles (sword throw) (Los applies). Just like the dragon tyrant's attack, except it is blockable.

Note: Blocking is not an option for opposing units. if it has blocking, it has a 50% chance of blocking the warrior's attack from the front and 25% of blocking from the side (the back is still a guarenteed shot). this does not apply to units without blocking (golems, clerics, ect.)

Special=Explosion= When the warrior is killed, it disintegrates then explodes. This explosion is in the form of 15, unblockable damage, in a straight line, in any adjacent direction for the entire board. In which of the four directions it explodes is picked by the computer randomly. It passes through any unit it encounters and can only be blocked by barriers. This explosion hits friendly units as well.

example:
w=warrior, k=knight, c=cleric
*=explosion line
w***********k***************c

the knight would now have 39 health (assumming it was at full to begin with), and the cleric would have 9 health.

:smarty::shocked::crazy::fire:

I like the overall stats , but not the reduced blocking and the RANDOM corpse explosion.

why randomly?

i like the set blocking because it gives a witch just as good of a chance of taking it on as it does a knight. its random because if you could choose in what direction it exploded, you could possibly take out several pieces and a cleric, if it was hit by anything, so it would be far too much of an advantage.

I really like the unit, and I could see it in a proper game, and I can't think of any critisms, except aren't the original blocking percentages used to make the units more fair? ;)

Agreed.
The set blocking for the attack doesn't make sense, to me anyway. :p
Why is this appropriate for this unit only and not for a scout, for example?

If you were going to increase the armour i'd reduce the health to 40, and increase the blocking to 25% max ;) It doesn't mention how much blocking the unit has. :eek:

It does, 50% from the front, 25% from the side.
